Discover Effortless Rest + Nourishment

What I believe people need more than anything now is intentional rest. My favourite yogic practice that fills the need for rest and nourishment is Yoga Nidra- sleep with effortless awareness. It also happens to be one of the most deliciously enjoyable yoga practices. I like to think of it as the softer side of yoga. 

Yoga Nidra is the sweetness of doing nothing and the gain of absolutely everything. As if you are floating on a cloud, you will be taken to a place that lies between wakefulness + sleep. It is about navigating your internal landscape and exploring the hidden layers of your mind. Yoga Nidra is expansive, inclusive and deeply restful. 

I have created my Yoga Nidra series to guide people to relax, feel nourished, and reconnect to the essence of who they are- their full spectrum of being. Restful practices such as Yoga Nidra fuel our intuition, our clarity of breath, and honours what deeply nourishes us.

This practice has many benefits:

  • Yoga Nidra is extremely restful as the brain produces theta waves associated with deep sleep through sensory withdrawal 

  • It will take you to your parasympathetic part of your nervous system
